As kids everyone us can understand what it’s like to desire to mimic someone. To be like someone that we admire. The question is that a good thing or a bad thing? The answer is simple. It depends; it depends on who you’re mimicking. If you’re mimicking an athlete, or a movie star, or a CEO then most likely it’s a bad thing but if you’re seeking to imitate God as beloved Child walking in love as Christ loved us, then the answer is absolutely not it’s an amazing thing. Because as followers of Christ we’re called to be imitators but what’s that look like? Come along as we continue throughout our series of Mission impossible part 4 Imitators.
